Job description

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

We believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
  2. Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
  3. Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team.
  4. Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
  5. Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization.
  6. Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance.
  7. Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory.
  8. Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management.

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required, college a plus.
  2. 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, real estate, and homes.
  3. Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team.
  4. Professional appearance and demeanor necessary.
  5. Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management.
  7. Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
  8. Valid driver's license.
  9. May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
  10. Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
