Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!

We believe in investing in your success. When you join us as a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

What You’ll Do

1. Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
2. Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
3. Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team.
4. Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
• Basic computer skills for reviewing inventory and entering customer information.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is 100% commission-based, with an estimated annual range of $50,000 - $150,000+.

In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate plus variable compensation. In other states, minimum compensation is at least $12.25/hour or the applicable minimum wage.
