Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate who will own the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. You will guide customers through a major purchase while maximizing earnings through a commission-based structure.

In this role you will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, respond to inbound leads, and manage your pipeline using our CRM tools. A paid training program kicks off your career with the company.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a commission-based pay structure.
• Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Willingness to work weekends.

We are looking for high-energy, driven Sales Associates to join our team and take ownership of the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. In this role, you will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while maximizing your earning potential through a performance-driven, commission-based structure.

COMPENSATION: $75k-$125k

• Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential
• Paid training for the first four weeks

THE ROLE:

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience working in a commission-based pay structure

• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups
• Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool
