Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to guide customers through the entire buying process across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels. The role emphasizes performance-based earnings through a commission structure and uncapped earning potential, with paid training for the first four weeks.

You will build rapport, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery, while collaborating with Sales Managers

In this role, you will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while maximizing your earning potential through a performance-driven, commission-based structure.

COMPENSATION: $85,000-$125,000

• Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential
• Paid training for the first four weeks

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience working in a commission-based pay structure
• Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups
• Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work weekends
