Blue Compass RV is seeking energetic Sales Associates to own the full sales process from initial contact to final delivery. You’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while earning through a performance-based commission structure.

This role relies on quick responses to inbound leads via phone, online, and social channels, with training provided in the first four weeks. You’ll develop product knowledge, use our CRM to manage a growing pipeline, and build

We are looking for high-energy, driven Sales Associates to join our team and take ownership of the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. In this role, you will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while maximizing your earning potential through a performance-driven, commission-based structure.

COMPENSATION: $50,000-$125,000

• Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential
• Paid training for the first four weeks

THE ROLE:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Maintain accurate and complete deal documentation

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience working in a commission-based pay structure
• Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups
• Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work weekends
