We believe that investing in your success is important. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay, based on residency and state laws.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.

The estimated annual variable compensation range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable minimum wage plus variable compensation. In other states, a minimum hourly compensation of at least $12.25 or the applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher, will be provided to offset variable earnings.
