Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!
We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available for those who qualify.

The estimated annual variable compensation range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate equal to the applicable minimum wage is provided in addition to variable compensation. In other states, a minimum hourly wage of at least $12.25 or the state minimum wage (if higher) is provided, offsetting variable earnings.
