We sell trusted RV brands and emphasize relationship sales: understanding customer needs, matching the right unit, and creating long‑term customers who refer friends and family. Sundays off and strong earning potential accompany a family-owned, supportive environment.

• Previous sales experience preferred (any industry — RV experience is a plus, not required)
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections professionally

• Guide customers through the buying process using a proven, consultative approach
• Listen carefully, uncover needs, and match the right RV to the right customer

• Follow up consistently and build long‑term relationships
• Represent the dealership professionally on the lot and through digital/social channels (we support you with marketing tools and training)
• Stay coachable, positive, and focused on continuous improvement
