Job summary

World Wide RV in East Mesa, AZ is seeking a driven RV Sales Consultant who focuses on relationship-building and customer success. You’ll guide customers through the buying process with a consultative approach, match needs to the right RV, and represent the dealership with professionalism on site and online.

Compensation includes a $1,400 monthly base plus uncapped commission, paid vacation, full medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine interest in helping people.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• RV experience is a plus, not required.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections professionally.
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willing to learn our process and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the buying process using a consultative approach.
• Listen carefully, uncover needs, and match the right RV to the right customer.
• Differentiate our product, our company, and yourself from the competition.
• Follow up consistently and build long-term relationships.
• Represent the dealership professionally on the lot and through digital/social channels.
• Stay coachable, positive, and focused on continuous improvement.
