Job summary

Gold Ranch Casino seeks an experienced RV resort operations manager to oversee day-to-day resort activities, guest services, and staff coordination. You will supervise reservations, front-desk tasks, payroll, and regulatory compliance while ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and training. Weekend/holiday shifts are expected, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/ RV resort operations preferred.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage staff scheduling and payroll.
• Excellent guest services and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations and register overnight campground guests.
• Answer calls and manage the store phone system.
• Input customer data into the management system.
• Provide guests with information and store hours.
• Perform general office duties and data entry.
• Fill propane bottles and tanks.
• Lead staff and participate in resort operations to optimize performance.
• Organize staff meetings and ensure timely scheduling.
• Monitor payroll, inventory, and office supplies.
• Train staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and employee information.
• Support HR in maintaining a productive work environment.
