Job summary

Camping World in Las Vegas seeks a Product Specialist Advisor to work with customers, determine specialized product needs, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

You will partner with the service team to ensure top-notch customer service, promote RV and camping products, review job details for proper sizing and installation, and maintain logs while supporting a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
At least one year of sales experience preferred.
RV or camping product knowledge preferred but not required.
Ability to work on a computer and perform internet searches.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills; knowledge of service procedures preferred.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Interact daily with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and scheduling for installation.
Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers informed of progress.
Schedule installation appointments with service staff.
Monitor parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
Inspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered.
Provide excellent overall customer service.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
May cross-train to perform other duties as necessary.
