Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RV or related work experience preferred.
• 1–3 years RV or related design experience preferred, or 5–8 years in engineering/design.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software (SolidWorks, Catia).

Responsibilities

• Suggest, develop and evaluate new floor plans and products meeting engineering, codes and Jayco standards.
• Participate in engineering projects regarding new products, feature designs and change requests.
• Pursue continuous product improvement, cost reductions and manufacturability gains.
• Document engineering documents to support administration and manufacturing.
• Communicate new designs and changes internally and externally with teams.
