RV Country Oregon LLC is seeking a reliable parts counter person for our busy RV dealership. If you have at least one year of parts experience, you’ll issue parts, assist customers, and support the service team.

Qualifications

• Previous RV or auto parts store experience required
• Computer and phone proficiency preferred
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Identify parts needs and create/modify purchase orders for vendors
• Process special order parts and notify advisor, technician, or customer upon receipt
• Verify and process invoices against purchase orders for correct quality, quantity, and pricing
• Track, document, and manage warranty returns, outside purchases, and parts received or issued
• Maintain accurate parts inventory through regular organization and cycle counts
• Participate in weekly department meetings and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient parts operations
