Blue Compass RV in Texas is seeking a Parts Advisor to assist customers and service technicians in identifying RV parts and accessories. You will provide expert advice on compatibility and installation, and help customers choose the right parts for their vehicles.

You will process orders, keep inventory well organized, stay informed about RV models, and collaborate with service and sales teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge preferred.
• Strong organization and follow up skills required.
• Valid Driver License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying RV parts and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on parts selection, compatibility, and installation.
• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain an organized and well-maintained inventory of RV parts and accessories.
