Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Parts Outfitter Associate in Ludington, MI to support customers, technicians, and internal teams by sourcing, organizing, and distributing RV parts and accessories.

You will manage inventory, assist customers with product selection, process orders, and maintain a well-organized parts department. Pay ranges $15–$18 per hour; the role emphasizes accurate stock levels, timely restocking, strong customer service, and knowledge of RV systems.

Qualifications

• Background and drug test required.
• Experience in RV parts or similar retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting RV parts and accessories that fit needs and budget.
• Support technicians by pulling parts, verifying compatibility, and delivering to service bays.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments with accurate records.
• Organize shelves, storage areas, and displays for accessibility and cleanliness.
• Process customer orders in person, by phone, and online (quotes, invoices, returns).
• Maintain knowledge of RV brands, systems, and commonly used components.
• Communicate with vendors regarding availability, pricing, and special orders.
• Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Provide recommendations on accessories and add-on products to enhance customer experience and sales.
