Position Summary

The RV Park Clerk is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe environment for Casino Queen patrons and employees in the RV Park. The RV Park Clerk is responsible for reservations and maintenance of the retail outlet attached to the park. The RV Park Clerk is responsible for completing all work assigned by the Lead RV Park Clerk or Lead Hotel Desk Clerk. The starting wage for this position is $15.00 per hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.)

• May be assigned to the RV Park or the RV Mini-Mart
• Ensure items are stocked neatly and in a timely manner as directed
• Conduct Point-of-Sale transactions correctly
• Must be able to learn reservation system and computer registers
• Able to learn and converse with guests about local tourist attractions
• Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely, efficient manner
• General cleaning of store, restrooms, shower facility, and laundry facility as needed
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately to your supervisor
• Return any Lost/Found items to security
• Responsible for correctly maintaining records of work completed
• Follow all safety standards as instructed
• Must be able to apply knowledge gained from training, education and work experience
• Must be friendly and courteous at all times
• Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the Hotel Supervisor and the Director of Hotel Operations
