Job summary

A custom RV manufacturer in Elkhart seeks a Team Lead to oversee and motivate assembly teams in the production of Class B RVs. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of supervisory experience, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to implement Lean manufacturing practices. This role includes direct responsibility for team performance, training, and meeting production targets while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years in lead/supervisory/management experience.
• Capable of reading a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Ability to learn and promote Lean manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of direct labor associates.
• Coach, develop, and motivate employees.
• Ensure proper employee training and accountability.
