Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. seeks a Lot Porter to support our RV lot operations. You will park and move RV units, manage pricing displays, and keep the lot clean and organized while following safety guidelines.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to operate yard tractors and forklifts, and basic repair skills. Expect physical tasks and exposure to outdoor conditions as part of a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Towing experience is preferred.
• Ability to use yard tractor and/or forklift.
• Ability to drive an RV.
• Experience using generators and operating slide-outs.
• Ability to repair small items and identify problem units.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending are expected.
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to electrical and welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Park and move RV units in a timely fashion.
• Ensure window prices on RVs are installed and removed as instructed.
• Maintain weekly lot washes and keep units and aisles clean.
• Write work orders, track problems and ensure units are in proper working order.
• Sweep, pick up trash, empty garbage cans, keep lot clean and professional.
• Keep units and equipment secure from weather.
• Maintain physical inventory on a weekly basis.
• Ensure slide-outs are in, jacks down, doors unlocked.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
