Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, through its NTPStag division, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator RV in Irving, TX. The role focuses on building relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities, and guiding on products and services within the RV market.

The ideal candidate will have call center experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will manage quotes, orders, and CRM data while supporting customers and prospects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related call center experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers.
• Ability to thrive in a group/team environment.
• Flexible to work variable schedules, if needed.
• Ability to travel, up to 10%, for customer visits or trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone sales calls to established customer base, promoting sales of new and existing products & services.
• Conduct daily maintenance of CRM database to ensure all customer/account information is accurate and current.
• Perform analysis of individual customer base to determine causes for customer growth and/or decline.
• Continuously augment product and industry knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
• Provide front-line incoming phone queue support, including technical support.
• Proper entry of quotes and orders.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer service-related issues/concerns.
• Build long-lasting business relationships with the customer base.
• Maintain daily phone metric standards established by management.
• Initiate and support continual improvement of NTPStag’s quality improvement system.
