National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, seeks an RV Adjuster to support field operations across Raleigh, NC and nearby areas. You will assess and estimate damages on RVs, motorcycles, trailers and commercial equipment to help ensure accurate and timely claim resolutions.

The ideal candidate has strong estimating experience, enjoys field work, and can mentor others as needed. This role offers opportunities to grow within a trusted national insurer with a comprehensive compensation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years estimating damage in RV, auto, or heavy equipment claims.
• Experience in field adjusting across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of estimating software and claims processes.

Responsabilités

• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities
