Bish’s RV Ludington is seeking a motivated RV Sales Outfitter to guide customers to the perfect RV and related products, building long-lasting relationships through personalized service and expert knowledge.

You will listen to customer goals, present features, manage leads in CRM, and help buyers navigate from vehicle selection to add-ons, ensuring an exceptional road-trip experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude and passion for creating exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting and explaining products to a wide variety of customers.
• Ability to manage your time, pipeline, and follow-ups with independence and accountability.
• Sales experience is a plus, but drive to learn and grow is valued.

• Help customers understand the full scope of their RV journey—from vehicle selection to accessories and add-ons.
• Remove obstacles and provide support throughout the entire buying process.
