Colton RV & Marine is hiring an RV Driver/Transporter to assist with moving, delivering, and staging RVs across our locations. Essential Functions

• Move RV inventory of varying size safely between locations
• Use smartphone app to report status of moves
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of Company vehicles and property
• Perform Pre‑Trip inspections
• Be familiar with DOT Regulations
• Deliver, level, and hook up RV’s at campsites
• Move vehicles to maintain flow of traffic
• Communicate with supervisor and other dealership staff effectively and efficiently
• Drive/Pull inventory to and from Dealerships, Campgrounds, Customers, and Other Locations
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Education, Experience and Work Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record
• Pre‑employment background check, including drug screening

Physical Requirements

• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, walking the lot/shop, bending, and stooping

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Verifiable Experience driving RVs/campers preferred (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class‑A, Class‑C, etc.)
• CDL A/B or R Endorsement required
• DOT Medical Certificate required
• Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• Must be able to prioritize moves in order of importance
• Must be a self‑starter
