Blue Compass RV in Concord, NC is seeking a Detailer to clean interior and exterior of RVs, vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize. The role involves operating cleaning equipment and using handheld tools to detail interiors.

No prior dealership experience is required; teamwork is essential. The position is physically demanding, involving standing, stairs, and lifting up to 15 lbs, with benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership or detailing experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-directed initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail throughout all detailing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean RVs inside and out.
• Clean and polish windows.
• Dust furniture and trim.
• Clean all floors.
• Wash interiors including upholstery; apply leather cleaners and clean floor mats.
• Apply stain guard.
• Deep clean appliances.
• Operate cleaning equipment or machines.
• Use handheld tools to detail RV interiors.
• Notify supervisor of parts needing repair or replacement.
• Prep new units for delivery and recondition pre-owned units.
• Perform other duties as required.
