Job summary

Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for a Detailer to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning the interior and/or exterior of RVs and performing general detailing activities, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a self-directed initiative. The role is physically strenuous and involves lifting, climbing, and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dealership or detail center is a plus, not required.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift up to approximately 15LBS.

Responsibilities

• Clean RV’s inside and out.
• Dust furniture and trim.
• Notify supervisor for repairs.
• Prep units for delivery.
