Job summary

Blue Compass RV Fort Worth is seeking a Detailer to clean RV interiors and exteriors, performing vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing and general detailing.

We value attention to detail, self-directed work ethic, and teamwork. Prior dealership detailing is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is provided to develop skills. This position offers a stable schedule and a supportive team under a growing national RV company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership or detailing center is a plus but not required.
• Self-directed initiative with limited supervision.
• Ability to work also in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Detail RV interiors and exteriors.
• Vacuum, shampoo and deodorize interiors.
• Clean windows and dust furniture and trim.
• Clean all floors and upholstery; apply leather cleaning products.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Prep units for delivery and reconditioning of pre-owned units.
• Notify supervisor of parts needing repair or replacement.
