Blue Compass RV in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Detailer to join our team. This role cleans the interior and exterior of RVs, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and performing general detailing tasks.

The position offers a fast-growing atmosphere with training and development, and a 5-day work week. You will handle various detailing duties and ensure high-quality presentation of units before delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV detailing or auto detailing is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail and thorough cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean RV interiors and exteriors, vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize.
• Polish windows and dust furniture and trim.
• Operate cleaning equipment and hand tools for detailing.
• Prepare units for delivery and recondition pre-owned units.
• Report repairs or parts needing replacement to supervisor.

Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking a Detailer to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning the interior and/or exterior of RVs and perform general detailing activities, including, vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing.

COMPENSATION: $18-$20/hourly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Clean RV’s inside and out
• Clean and polish windows
• Dusting furniture and trim
• Cleaning all floors
• Wash interiors including the upholstery, apply leather cleaning products, removing and cleaning floor mats.
• Apply stain guard
• Deep Clean appliance
• Operate cleaning equipment, or machines
• Use a variety of hand-held tools to detail the interior of RV's
• Notify supervisor when you notice parts of a RV that require repair or replacement
• Prep new units for delivery and recondition pre-owned units
• Performs other duties as required

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Previous experience in a dealership or detail center is a plus, not required.
• Self-directed initiative, ability to apply oneself with limited supervision
• Ability to work also in a team environment
• Attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a physically strenuous job that requires you to be on your feet all day. You will be climbing up and down stairs, be exposed to the outside weather conditions, and be required to lift up to approximately 15LBS.
