Job summary

PPL Motor Homes is seeking an RV Wash Bay Specialist to wash, detail, and prepare RVs for display, sale, service, appraisal, and delivery. You will maintain the wash bay, operate cleaning equipment, and support dealership operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes reliability, outdoor work, and teamwork in a fast-paced dealership environment with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift/tractor/RV-moving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and detail the exterior of RVs including motorhomes and trailers.
• Clean windows, wheels, tires, awnings, and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare RVs for customer showings, deliveries, appraisals, and sales display.
• Operate wash bay equipment safely and properly; report damage or concerns.
• Maintain wash bay and supply area cleanliness and organization.
