Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine in Pasco, WA is seeking an entry‑level to experienced RV Detailer to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and presentation of our RVs, ensuring customer-ready condition for delivery and service completion.

You will perform washing, waxing, stain removal, and protective coatings, manage detailing supplies, and coordinate with the service team to report damages or shortages. This fast-paced role values teamwork, reliability, and pride in high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in RV, automotive detailing, or lot maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of RVs, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming.
• Remove dirt, stains, and grime from all surfaces, including carpets, upholstery, and exteriors.
• Apply protective coatings such as wax, sealants, and interior treatments.
• Ensure RVs are cleaned and presentable before customer delivery or display.
• Maintain detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and care.
• Report any damages, needed repairs, or detailing supply shortages to the service or operations manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
