Role Description

The RV Dealership Service Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina, OH. This role is responsible for greeting service customers, listening carefully to their concerns, and accurately documenting service requests and repair orders. The Service Writer coordinates between customers, technicians, and parts staff to schedule work, provide updates, and ensure services are completed efficiently. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, verifying warranty coverage, preparing estimates, reviewing invoices, and explaining recommended services in a clear, customer-friendly manner. The position also supports follow-up communication to promote customer satisfaction, handle basic administrative duties, and maintain organized service records in dealership systems.

• Basic understanding of RV systems and maintenance or willingness to learn technical concepts related to RV service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in customer service or automotive/RV service are a plus.
