Bowser Automotive in Pleasant Hills, PA, is seeking a dependable Rustproof Technician / New Car Prep Specialist for part-time evening and Saturday shifts. Training is provided, and prior automotive experience is helpful but not required. You will prep vehicles, apply rustproofing, and ensure quality for delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced dealership environment, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team. Safety and precision are prioritized in every vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and dependable work ethic are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good communication.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions for safety and quality.
• Automotive detailing or rustproofing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new and used vehicles for delivery with rustproofing and undercoating.
• Safely lift vehicles and ensure complete, quality coverage.
• Apply rustproofing materials to doors, panels, and engine areas.
• Wash, detail, and prep vehicles for customer delivery.
• Inspect for damage or missing accessories and maintain a clean area.
• Assist with vehicle transfers between locations as needed.
