Fab2 in San Francisco, CA is looking for hands-on software interns to help build Studio, a browser-based, multiplayer platform for chip design.

You will own major features from design through shipping, work on Rust, WebAssembly, and WebGPU, and contribute to a fast feedback loop with chip and process engineers. The role includes hands-on exposure to Bevy ECS, wgpu, Axum, PostgreSQL, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong Rust or serious C/C++/systems experience and curiosity to go deep in Rust.
• Solid systems fundamentals: memory, performance, concurrency. You profile before you optimize.

Responsibilities

• Own major features from design through shipping.
• Build a deeply interactive, low-latency editing toolset.
• Contribute to a real-time collaborative document model and sync engine.
