Job summary

fab2 is seeking embedded software interns for the summer term to write the firmware and applications for our fabrication tools. The internship begins in May or June, with a preferred commitment of 4 to 8 months, on an integrated engineering team solving challenging problems in structures, optics, liquids, heat transfer, physics and chemistry.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
• Proficiency in Python/C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time Linux applications and MCU firmware in Rust for controlling semiconductor fabrication equipment.
• Build backend systems for capturing and analyzing semiconductor process data
