Leino is an IT partner specializing in staff augmentation and full-cycle product development for clients in the GCC region and worldwide. The company integrates experienced engineers into client teams and builds products end-to-end, focusing on long-term ownership, stability, and continuity.

Задачи:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust, high-performance services and applications using Rust
• Write clean, testable code
• Conduct code reviews
• Optimize performance
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, QA, and other cross-functional teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
• Mentor other engineers
• Promote best practices
• Help refine development processes in distributed teams.

Требования:

• Strong proficiency in Rust, including ownership and borrowing, concurrency, and memory management
• Experience with common Rust ecosystems, including Cargo, crates, and async frameworks
• Experience building backend services, APIs, or microservices
• Knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and secure coding practices
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development workflows in remote teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, experience mentoring or leading other developers, especially in complex or high-availability environments.
