Matic Robots Inc. is seeking a meticulous Backend Software Engineer in Menlo Park, CA, to join a small, focused software team. You will build and scale internal tooling for our production facilities, using Rust to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Collaboration with hardware, mechanical, and production engineers will be essential to deliver tooling needs. The role requires 2–5 years of backend experience, strong Rust capabilities, and a track record in internal tooling or production support

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in Rust or strong systems programming with Rust focus.
• Experience building internal tooling or production support systems.
