Job summary

Good Shepherd Community Care in Greater Boston is seeking a full-time Russian-speaking Registered Nurse to join its multicultural clinical team. Care is delivered in patients' homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of MetroWest, with local travel required.

Responsibilities include creating and coordinating comprehensive plans of care with the interdisciplinary team, assessing ADLs and symptom management, and educating patients and families about hospice, end-of-life

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Experience in community health or hospice preferred but not required.
• Strong pain management and symptom control assessment.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive plans of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Assess patients' ADLs, functional, psychological, and environmental needs.
• Implement and monitor patient care, managing discomfort and symptoms.
• Educate patients, families, and professionals about hospice and end-of-life care.
