Good Shepherd Community Care, a trusted Greater Boston hospice and palliative care provider, seeks a full-time Russian-speaking Registered Nurse to join our multicultural clinical team. The role involves home visits across Greater Boston and parts of MetroWest, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Local travel is required, and the schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Licensed RN in MA and fluent Russian are required.

Competenze

• Must be a licensed RN in the State of Massachusetts.
• Fluent Russian is required.
• Experience in hospice, community health, oncology, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated pain management and symptom control assessment skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong communication.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain comprehensive plans of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assess patients' ADLs, functional, psychological, and environmental needs.
• Implement and monitor patient care including symptom relief and comfort management.
• Educate patients, families, and other health professionals about hospice care and end-of-life processes.
