Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain NY Home Health Aide certification.

• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and transferring clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility support for in-home and outings.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe living space.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Adhere to care plans and participate in ongoing training.
