Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a Russian Linguist in Reston, VA to support a government agency. You will edit, translate, transcribe, and interpret to produce high-quality language outputs for official use.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of translation or interpretation experience. ILR level 4-5 in Russian is required; English-Russian work will be routine.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree desired. PhD degree desired.
• Three years minimum of work as a professional translator or interpreter
• Editing of written products
• Quality Control
• Summarizing/Gisting while drawing upon linguistic or cultural expertise.

The hourly pay rate for this position will range from $65.58 - $105.65.
