HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Breese, IL is recruiting a Walk-In Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% outpatient role. The provider will work in a fast-paced walk-in clinic, supported by EPIC EMR, with opportunities to collaborate across the HSHS system.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Nursing, licensure as an APRN in IL or WI, BLS, and board certification is preferred. A strong interest in rural medicine is desirable, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
• Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.
• DEA license and related certifications may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient walk-in clinic practice.
• Provide walk-in care to patients in Breese, IL.
• Collaborate with hospital system and clinic staff to coordinate care.
