This grant-funded, 20-hour-per-week role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, public health, business, health informatics, or a related field; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, public health, business, health informatics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant professional licensure as applicable.
• Experience in healthcare operations, project/program management, population health, mobile care, telehealth, or a related field.
• Experience in rural healthcare or grant-funded programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, coordination and performance monitoring of mobile and virtual care initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and monitor scope, timelines, budgets and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and performance measures.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, community and external partners to improve rural healthcare access.
