Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer PT treatment per plan of care under supervision.
• Monitor progress and modify plan with supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Communicate results to physicians, nurses, families and the team.
• Assist in other care areas as needed.
• Supervise Therapy Technicians and PTA students safely.
• Participate in departmental/process improvements and meet productivity standards.
• Interact with staff, other health care institutions, and community providers.
