Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatment according to plan of care and patient needs.
• Document per department and regulatory standards; update goals as patient progresses.
• Communicate treatment results and progress to the care team and patient/family.
• Provide supervision and delegation of personnel to ensure safe, cost‑effective care.
• Participate in department meetings and process improvements.
