The Recruiting Hive in Miles City, Montana invites applications for a full-time Physical Therapist at a progressive rural hospital. You’ll work with inpatients and outpatients, including outreach clinics, five days a week with typical 8:00 am–4:30 pm shifts and occasional on-call coverage.

Candidates must graduate from an APTA-approved program and hold Montana licensure or be eligible to obtain it; you’ll join a supportive team focused on high-quality patient care and community service with

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
• Current license from the Montana Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Ability to be licensed within the State of Montana.

Responsabilités

• Carry out an individualized physical therapy program including assessment, treatment and planning to maximize progress toward functional goals.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and staff.
• Provide direct patient care, evaluate needs and adjust plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Design and implement a care plan based on thorough assessment and family involvement when appropriate.
• Conduct therapy within defined standards of care and supervise support staff.
• Communicate effectively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Document evaluations, goals and plans; maintain records with signatures.
• Pursue professional growth through education, in-service meetings, and workshops.
• Provide leadership to staff and promote physical therapy within the community.
