Formación

• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program.
• Current license from the Montana Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Ability to be licensed within the State of Montana.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out an individualized physical therapy program including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education and communication to maximize progress toward functional goals.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and staff.
• Provide direct patient care, evaluate needs and outcomes, and adjust care plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Design and implement a care plan based on assessment and involve significant others as appropriate.
• Conduct therapy within defined standards of care and supervise support staff to achieve patient goals.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and ensure documentation and prescriptions are up to date.
• Participate in professional development and keep current with literature.
