Job summary

McDonough District Hospital is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a rural Illinois practice. The role features a $500,000 base salary plus a $100,000 sign-on, with a 4-day workweek and shared call coverage. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Proven competence across full spectrum OB/GYN including surgical care.
• Willingness to lead and serve in a rural community.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal care and gynecologic services, including major and minor surgeries.
• Collaborate with CNM team and MFM staff for perinatal care.
• Deliver care within a rural health system and support HRSA initiatives.
