Job summary

PMC Medical Staffing is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a full-time role at a northern Michigan facility. The provider will deliver primary care, address acute and chronic conditions, and offer urgent treatment under physician supervision.

The position emphasizes independence, strong communication, and collaboration with clinic leadership to balance shifts and on-call duties. Housing is included for up to one year along with PTO and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA program with PA-C and active Michigan licensure.
• Active Michigan RN license with NP credentials or equivalent NP certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care within scope of practice.
• Address acute and chronic conditions and provide urgent care.
• Coordinate with emergency responders to ensure coverage.
• Work in a two-provider model to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Assist with scheduling, time off, and continuing education.
• Provide care with high regard for patient privacy.
