Qualifications

• Three years or more of complex administrative support experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with timelines and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, programmatic, and clerical support for the project and act as initial contact from inquiries.
• Interface with other departments and external organizations as requested by the director.
• Maintain and manage the administrative filing system and files for the project.
• Process and record purchase orders for project invoices.
• Design bilingual multimedia promotional material for publication and outreach.
• Prepare financial transactions for the program and assist with grant-related costs.
• Assist in managing contracts and arrangements with printers, mailers, and suppliers.
• Document meetings with notes or minutes and assist with deadlines.
• Provide support for marketing materials to partner dioceses and for reports.
