Legacy Ag Credit, ACA is seeking a Loan Administrator for its Canton, TX location. The role involves loan closings, organizing applicant information, and data entry into the credit delivery system.

You will assist with loan closings and maintain comprehensive loan records. The position requires 3–4+ years in loan support operations, title company, general accounting or banking, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4+ years of experience in loan support operations, title company, general accounting or banking.

Responsibilities

• Develops and organizes loan applicant information for review by loan officers and inputs data into credit delivery system.
• Prepares loan closing documents and related materials to assist with loan closings.
• Records new loans, maintains loan files, processes payments, and tracks credit information.
• Maintains borrowers' insurance, UCC financing statements and deed of trust expirations, taxes, and other loan requirements.
• Collects loan payments and services loans as needed.
• Answers inquiries and maintains good member relations.
• Prepares association reports following policies and procedures.
• Operates standard office equipment.
