Job summary

BetterLife Insurance is seeking affiliated life insurance agents to help members secure policies and serve rural communities. The role offers sales training and access to BetterLife’s leads program, with opportunities to participate in health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

As an Affiliated Agent, you will guide clients through term life and final expense options, coordinate with the Member Services Team for policy delivery, and manage your workflow using our CRM and digital tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in fast-paced, high-transaction sales.
• Experience selling life insurance is preferred but not required.
• Active life insurance licenses preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting rural America with resources to improve lives.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals through the life insurance buying process using a consultative approach and build rapport to match term life and final expense products to client needs.
• Facilitate the application process with the Member Services Team to ensure timely delivery of an in-force policy (underwritten or non-medical).
• Use our CRM and digital systems to manage your workflow.
