Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work.
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Idaho.
• 3,000 hours post-graduate supervised clinical services.
• 3,000 hours supervised clinical experience with individuals, families, couples and groups.
• Ability to work 8+ hours, handle stress and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for patients using the DSM-5 for mental health needs.
• Demonstrate proficient skill in evidence-based practices with adults, children and families.
• Assist patients and families to utilize community resources.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality; document services timely.
• Refer patients to other services as needed for assessment and progress.
• Collaborate with Steele Memorial Medical Center colleagues to improve behavioral health services.
